At Labelitt, we aim to deliver your custom products quickly, safely and at the best possible value. This Shipping & Handling Policy outlines delivery options, timeframes, costs and important information regarding orders placed through labelitt.com.au.
1. Order Processing Times
We work hard to ensure fast turnaround times on all orders.
Standard production time: 1–3 business days
Large or custom orders: 3–7 business days
Peak periods: Slight delays may occur (e.g., Christmas, promotional periods)
Production begins once full payment is received and artwork is approved (if applicable).
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We deliver Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle or courier services. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Note: Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary due to events outside our control (weather, public holidays, delays in transit, etc.).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
Delivery location
Order weight and size
Chosen shipping method
Any promotional or free-shipping offers will be clearly displayed during checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
All parcels include tracking. Once shipped, you will receive an email containing:
Tracking number
Carrier details
Link to track your order in real time
If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact us at info@labelitt.com.au.
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.
If delivery fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (fees may apply).
Labelitt is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
6. Damaged, Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, is delayed, or appears lost:
Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery.
Provide photos (for damaged items) and order details.
We will liaise with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Replacements or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. International Shipping (If applicable)
If Labelitt offers international shipping:
Delivery times vary by country (usually 10–20 business days)
Customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer
Tracking may be limited depending on the destination country
8. Handling & Packaging
All products are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Extra care is taken with:
Fragile items
Custom garments
UV DTF film sheets
Bulk orders
Handling fees are included in your shipping cost unless stated otherwise.
9. Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to update your order or shipping details, please contact us immediately.
Orders that have already entered production cannot be cancelled.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be modified.
